1. Purpose of This Statement

This GDPR Statement describes how Global Network Management Inc. (“GNM”, “we”, “our”, “us”) processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Statement supplements the Privacy Policy and provides additional transparency regarding business communications, marketing activities and the exercise of data subject rights.

2. Scope of Data Processing

GNM processes personal data obtained through:

  • the website https://gnm.net;
  • contact forms and direct correspondence;
  • business and professional interactions in a B2B context;
  • lawful third-party and publicly available sources, where permitted by applicable law.

Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for legitimate business purposes.

GNM may process personal data for the purpose of direct business communications, including marketing, outreach and promotional activities, provided such communications are relevant to the recipient’s professional role and relate to GNM’s services.

GNM ensures that marketing communications:

  • respect objections to further processing without undue delay.

GNM may use analytical and statistical tools to analyse website usage, evaluate communication effectiveness and improve services.

Such processing does not involve automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

Data subjects have the rights provided under the GDPR, including the right to:

  • request rectification or erasure;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • request data portability, where applicable.

GNM reserves the right to verify the identity of the requester before responding.

6. Objection to Direct Marketing

Upon receipt of such objection, GNM will cease the relevant processing without undue delay, unless overriding legitimate grounds apply under applicable law.
